Bridge to Lead is a leadership peer group coaching experience for those seeking opportunities to advance their careers to leadership roles. The program has been designed holistically to teach self-mastery, sponsorship, and unwritten rules of success to help aspiring leaders go from the sidelines of leadership to establishing their high visibility through exemplary performance in their organizations.
The program has been designed to support leaders through coaching, community, and a safe environment where they can learn success strategies and bridge textbook learning to real-life implementation. We provide proven, strategic, yet refreshing approaches that help transform a stagnant career into a leadership position lined with opportunities.
The program will enable mid-level career professionals achieve the following objectives upon their graduation from this program:
Massiel Eversley is a Leadership Identity Coach that has about a decade of professional experience in Leadership and 15 years of experience as a nurse. She paved a path for her success, which was challenging, given her being a Latina WOC, which comprises only a small percentage of women in the nursing profession. Through trial and error, she swiftly rose to leadership positions. After 7 years of nursing, she was already at the Director Level and 4 years later she was part of senior leadership.
With her experience of managing and coaching over a dozen managers in the past years, leading them to success, Massiel now coaches professionals to seek leadership roles in a holistic way. With the methods she uses, her mentees have been able to successfully retain their roles for 3+ years, score promotions, and seek further education to progress in their work.
With Bridge to Lead, Massiel will be coaching mid-level career professionals prepare for leadership roles at higher management and director level. This group coaching program will equip them with tools and methods to gain more responsibility at work, stand out amongst peers, and score growth opportunities.
